A collection born from a custom commission.

Jesús commissioned me to forge the three elven rings as gifts for the three friends with whom he shared adventures during his medical degree.

My collection of the Three Elven Rings was born, like many others at The MeriTomasa's Treasures Factory, from a custom commission. It was commissioned by Jesús, a medical student, who wanted to celebrate his graduation by giving his three best friends from the Faculty of Medicine, with whom he had shared his entire education, an elven ring. He himself told me how he would distribute them:

• The Water ring is for Leonor, the queen of my heart.
• The Air ring is for Carlos, the king of the elves and bearer of the blue gem ring.
• The Fire ring is for Víctor, the most powerful of the three men.

In the photo, you can see them on a rug at Jesús's house, just before distributing them. They come with two more jewels: a Barahir ring for Jesús and an Arwen pendant.

What is the story of the Three Elven Rings?

J.R.R. Tolkien was a bit of everything: a British writer, poet, philologist, linguist, and university professor, born in South Africa, but he is best known as the author of the novels The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, and The Lord of the Rings.

The Three Elven Rings of Power are some of the most legendary relics of Middle-earth, the universe created by J.R.R. Tolkien in The Lord of the Rings. They were forged by the Elven smith Celebrimbor during the Second Age to preserve the beauty, wisdom, and harmony of the Elven realms. Unlike other Rings of Power, Sauron never directly touched these three rings, so they remained free from corruption, though still bound to the power of the One Ring. The Three Elven Rings symbolize the elements of air, water, and fire, and were worn by some of the most powerful and wise figures in Elven history.

It was set with a great blue sapphire and was first given to Gil-galad, High King of the Elves, who later entrusted it to Elrond. Vilya possessed the power to heal, protect, and preserve, and thanks to it, Rivendell became a safe haven from the shadows that threatened Middle-earth. Thanks to Nenya, the realm of Lothlórien remained hidden, serene, and almost untouched by the advance of evil. This ring represents purity, protection, and the balance of nature.

How long does it take you to make it and send it to me?

I make my rings one by one in my workshop and I don't have stock. I need between 7 and 10 business days to make your ring and between 1 and 3 days for shipping (Spain). For international shipments, between 2 and 6 days. Are you in a hurry and need it sooner? Write to me and I will organize to prepare it and send it to you as soon as possible.

How can I know my finger size?

In my blog I tell you all the tricks to know the Tatum measurement of your ring. Please make sure of your size. If you have a sample ring that fits well, the best solution is to measure it with a caliper. If you don't have a sample ring, my recommendation is that you visit two or three jewelry stores in person to find out the Tatum measurement of the finger where you want to wear it.

What if I make the wrong size and ask you to change the size?

The Three Elven Rings cannot be made smaller or larger because they are custom-made. The only option in these cases is for you to contact me to return it to me and for me to send you a new ring. You can do so within 14 calendar days from when you receive your ring, but you will have to bear the costs of shipping to MeriTomasa and reshipping back to your address (Spain: €15 return + €10 reshipment; international: €30 return + 20 € reshipment), plus 10% of the price of the new ring. Also keep in mind that you will have to wait another 10 days to receive your new ring. That is why I highly recommend that you visit one or several jewelry stores to correctly measure your Tatum measurement.

If I don't like it, can I make a return?

No. I work out of stock and make each of my rings to order, customizing the size and materials to suit each order you make, so I cannot offer the return option (unless there is an error in the manufacturing of the jewel). by MeriTomasa).
